Hawaiʻi has become a renowned source of premium fresh seafood. Our seafood products are featured in top restaurants throughout Hawaiʻi and around the world. This reputation has been earned through the combined efforts of Hawaiʻi's hardworking fishers, fresh fish auction, wholesalers, retailers and innovative chefs who have committed to seafood sustainability, quality and safety from ocean to table. Hawai'i Seafood Month has partnered with ThisFish, a leading developer of seafood traceability tools, to share the story of Hawaii seafood and the people behind the catch with Hawaii residents and visitors during the month of October. When you visit any one of the more than fifty participating restaurants and retail stores statewide, look for the Hawaii Seafood Month logo on featured seafood items to uncover the story of our seafood.

This October we invite you to dine and shop at participating local businesses and share photos of your favorite seafood meals with us on Instagram or Twitter using the hashtag #HISeafoodMonthOur favorite photos will be entered into a drawing for a gift certificate to a participating restaurant or retailer of your choice!
